Abutilon Indicum is a herbaceous plant known as Khareti plant. The leaves are toothed and it has solitary yellow flowers which bloom in the evening. The whole plant including the root, bark, flowers, and seeds is used as a natural cure for various symptoms. Abutilon Indicum helps in treatment of digestive problems like IBS.

The seeds are dark brown or black known as Khareti Seeds. This plant traditionally used for medicinal purposes. It also gives tremendous health benefits for women and used as a uterine tonic.

The juice of the leaves help to relieve a toothache, that’s why twigs of the plant is used as a mouthwash for tooth pain.
