Return & Refund Policy
You are not entilted to cancel your order once it has been placed.
If we face any issue in delivery then we may cancel the order and provide full return.
Return/Exchange & Refunds
We only accept return/exchange in the following situations –
- If you have received the wrong product/ when the product does not match with what you ordered.
- If the product is damaged or in bad condition.
(Product are not entitled for return due to color/shade difference. The color difference happens due to screen brightness settings as well as your display quality and we will not accept any returns due to the same.)
The product should be in the same condition as before. Used products will not be entitled for return/exchange.
Note: Returns are accepted within 1 day of delivery. After 1 day, returns will not be entertained.
Refunds amount will be in form of store credits/coupon codes.
In order to book a return mail us at email@example.com within 1 day of delivery. Kindly write your valid reason for returning the product. Also, attach a picture of the product for our better understanding.
It will take a minimum of 10 days to return your product.
A standard fee of 50rs will be charged for any return/exchange.
Prepaid orders will be transferred in the form of store credits. The pickup cost of 150rs will be deducted from your refund amount.
It will take 3 to 15 business days to refund your amount depending on your bank/financial institution.
If the customer doesn’t pick up the call at the time of delivery or if the address and other details are incorrect then a penalty of 100rs will be imposed on the customer. The rest amount will be provided in form of a coupon code to the customer’s mail id which will expire within 30 days of issue.
